Ucchishta Ganapati
The Tantric Ganesh
Ucchistha Ganapati is one of the thirty-two forms of Ganesh. It is the tantric aspect of the elephant-headed god, adored mainly in the rituals of the Vamachara tradition. Ucchishta means "leftovers" is the food kept in the mouth, which has been contaminated by saliva, therefore impure and not to be offered in orthodox Hinduism. Ucchistha Ganapati is considered the Lord of Superiority and the Lord of Offerings. He is worshipped as a giver of great boons. He is portrayed in union with his Shakti Hastipishachi (Hasti = elephant; Pishaci = a class of celestial beings of the first order who eats flesh and tamasic by nature), or depicted with the Goddess seated on his left. She is naked and the tip of the proboscis touches her yoni. In some depictions the Shakti touches the erect lingam of Ganapati with the right hand.
The 9 syllable mantra is:
हस्ति पिशाचि लिखे स्वाहा
hasti piśāci likhe svāhā
One who is in union with Hastipishachi
The 10 syllable mantra is:

oṃ vallīśavalayakrīḍākutukāya namo namaḥ oṃ ॥4॥
Salutations to the One who runs races with his brother, the husband of vallī, Kārtikeyā.
(This name refers to the race between the two sons of Śiva and Śakti. Kārtikeyā, the younger son is extremely powerful and also has his vehicle, the peacock. While Lord Kārtikeyā dashes off on the race, Lord gaṇeśa circles his parents, who represent the entire cosmos and creation itself. Kārtikeyā finds his brother Gaṇeśa wherever he goes. The meaning to derive is that everything is part of the super-consciousness itself and is not separate from it.)
