SARASVATI DEVI

Sarasvati Devi (Eleonora Mariotti - Perugia 19/06/55) has attended the institute of art and the academy of Belle Arti. After 15 years of clerical job, she has chosen to undertake the artistic activity of spitfire and she exhibits in the plazas together with acrobats and stilt people. The street artists are in fact some of the subjects that populate her pictures. Also the images and the memories of its numerous trips to India are represented in its works. Its jobs have been exposed to the Luzzara prize, where she has landed in 1994, to the Antoniano in Bologna in the '98 and to the AIPAM (international association for the promotion of the naif art).
